    We offer a number of unique services at Titan Ground Services such as concrete lifting, leveling and stabilization for sunken slabs, pool decks, sidewalks, driveways, garage floors, porches, patios, steps and so much more. We also provide soil stabilization for foundation issues and void fills for seawalls or compromised soils that allow substrate to be lost behind your seawall. Call us with your questions and we will do our best to provide the answers you need.

    When you notice cracks it is always important to have them inspected as soon as possible to ensure that no further damage will occur if there is a problem. You will save a significant amount of money if you can stabilize a problem before it settles.  

    Compromised soils can lead to a dangerous problem and should be properly inspected as soon as possible. If you have noticed even a little soil loss you should contact us to inspect to make sure that there is not a major issue. 

    Soil erosion is a very common problem here in Florida. Voids are created the soil erodes and the concrete becomes unstable. This results in sinking, uneven and cracked concrete.

    The concrete will continue to settled eventually snap or break beyond repair. Once this happens the only alternative is to remove and replace the concrete which is much more costly and cumbersome than installing Titan ConcreteFoam.

    By just grinding it down you are only temporarily fixing the problem. You must stop all further movement by filling the void which caused the concrete to settle in the first place.

    5/8" holes are drilled into the concrete and the foam is injected. The foam expands, fills the voids, and pushes up against the concrete raising it back into position.

    ConcreteFoam is very dense, durable and lightweight. The foam that Titan Ground Services utilizes is capable of holding 7200lbs. per square foot. Concrete is very heavy and will not correct this issue but instead only add additional weight to the existing problem.
